Service Stipulations

Service Qualification:

  1. The service provided aims to restore the functionality of the injector, rather than repairing injectors that are damaged or broken.

Cylinder Numbering:

  • Cylinder numbers can be tagged on the injectors if you wish to keep maintain that relationship and we will carry those numbers though the testing otherwise we will number them.

Painted Injectors:

  • The cleaning procedure eliminates the original paint on older metal body fuel injectors. We do not reapply paint. If you wish to have paint applied, it is your responsibility. We will media blast the metal to clean it up leaving a matte finish.

Parts Inventory:

  • Despite our efforts to keep a wide range of fuel injector service components in stock, there may still be instances where certain injector components are unavailable or on backorder from the manufacturer. Rest assured, if there are any issues with parts availability that could potentially cause delays in service, we will promptly inform you when you submit your injectors for service.

Un-Remitted Services:

  • If fuel injectors are left with us for more than 30 days without payment for the service, they will become the property of Redline Injectors. We will then sell them to recover the cost of the parts and service.

Warranty Stipulation

We have expertise in cleaning and testing injectors. Our comprehensive process involves conducting pressure tests to ensure there are no leaks. It's worth mentioning that we do not open the injectors to replace any moving parts, as they consist of an electro-magnetic coil and a return spring (depicted below in a cutaway view). If you encounter any leakage problems, it's more likely that the issue lies somewhere within the fuel system as a whole. Perhaps as keeping the coil energized and preventing proper sealing.

Any part we replace such as pintle caps or O-Rings etc that are damaged upon receipt we will warranty and send replacement parts for those specific items. We have strict quality control, and we discard parts that have manufacturing issues when we receive them. It is highly unlikely you will receive a defective part installed.

There is no warranty for cleaning and testing as it is a service, the reports will notate results good, bad or otherwise.
