- Our fuel injector cleaning service includes up to six cleaning steps, including a POWERFLUSH stage when needed for stubborn injectors. This approach can greatly enhance the outcomes compared to conventional ultrasonic cleaning methods alone.
- Our fuel Injector tests are all carried out on Carbon Zapp Port or GDI &Piezo machines, depending on the injector.

Yes, we have a 2 injector minimum.
Absolutely! Rest assured that we will take care of removing the injectors for you for a bench fee of $12 per order to do the work as problems can and often arise. However, it’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any potential damage that may occur during the removal process. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend that you personally remove the injectors from the rail.
To avoid any issues with shipping service secure them in plastic and tape them to prevent leaks.
For your convenience, side feed injectors will be re-installed in the fuel rails, top feed and GDI injectors will be packaged separately. GDI Injector clips are very easy, you’ll have no issues, but they are tricky to get off which we will do if you wish.

We always replace filters whenever they are available for the injector, this includes side feed injectors as opposed to cleaning them while still on the injector as most places do. They become fragile over time, why take a risk.
In fact we replace everything that is replicable.

When preparing the injectors for shipping, it is strongly advised to place them inside a regular zip lock bag first. This will help to keep the fuel smell contained. It is important to avoid any damage during transit, so make sure not to simply toss the bag into a box without any additional packing material. This is particularly crucial for the pintle end.
It is not recommended to ship the injectors in a bubble envelope. Optimal protection can be achieved by using a box with some padding or a bubble envelope in a box. The small flat rate box from the Post Office may be good budget-friendly option for smaller injectors.
We charge flat rate shipping per item type. Shipping charges are listed in the store per item type.
We recommend insuring the package for the exact value of the items you are shipping, so that you can easily replace them if needed in the event you need to file a claim.
Yes we will email the contact on the “Order receipt” that arrives arrived with the Injectors. If not, it is possible that you may have overlooked the instructions and forgotten to include the “Order receipt” in your package. Without any information about the sender, it becomes difficult for us to identify who sent us the package.
In case a package arrives without any details, we will wait until we are contacted. However, please note that we will not actively pursue the sender of the package as we have no means to do so.
Service Exclusions
- We do not provide service for GM CPI/SCPI Spider injectors. In order to properly service this type of injector, it is necessary to remove and replace the fuel tubes to do it properly. However, the tubes are currently unavailable.
- We no longer provide service for FICHT injectors at this time.
